Founded in 2012, Champagne’s Sweets is a luxury, made-to-order dessert brand specializing in tall signature cakes, elevated flavor combinations, and intricately designed treats. Every dessert is baked from scratch using premium ingredients and is crafted to deliver not only taste—but an unforgettable experience. We pride ourselves on offering a boutique, white-glove approach to dessert: whether you’re ordering a $200+ custom centerpiece or subscribing to our exclusive Luxe Club, you’ll receive beautifully packaged, intentional creations that feel as good as they taste. Though we are currently home-based and not open to the public (yet), our presence spans private events, vendor markets, and special collaborations throughout NYC. We’ve proudly partnered with organizations such as Coney Island USA, DIFFA, and Society Ties, and we continue to show up where luxury desserts are needed most. About the Founder

Jennifer Champagne

From early on, Jennifer Champagne had a gift for creating memorable moments through food. A born-and-raised Brooklynite with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality, she founded Champagne’s Sweets straight out of high school in 2012—turning a side passion into a standout dessert brand. Jennifer is a proud graduate of the New York City College of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Her education sharpened her skills in service, event flow, and guest experience—principles that continue to shape the way she runs her bakery today. With more than a decade of baking under her belt, Jennifer has become known not just for her custom cakes and Luxe Club slices, but for her dedication to craftsmanship, elegance, and her clients. Her work has led to collaborations with respected organizations and earned her accolades
